Professor Drake joined the University of Washington School of Law faculty in 2004 following a long career as a business and estate planning attorney and corporate executive. Professor Drake teaches courses in antitrust, corporate and partnership taxation, estate and gift taxation, and business planning for private business owners, professionals and entrepreneurs.
